Shipping and Return Policy
All sales are final except for: (1) Goods that cannot be certified; or (2) Goods that were wrongly identified due to error of Global. If Global cannot repair or replace any part that could not be certified, Global will refund the price paid for that part. Refunds will only be issued if returned merchandise if received by Global within 30 days of the original invoice date. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. ITEMS ARE NOT CERTIFIED – SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS Global Aircraft Industries Ltd. (the “Company”) makes no representations, implicit or otherwise, regarding the goods’ (the “Goods”) quality or fitness fora particular use, whether the goods are new or used. The Goods are untested and uncertified, and are sold as-is and where-is. The Goods may be parts from crashed or damaged aircrafts and are untested for its airworthiness and suitability. The Company is also not responsible for any loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from the use of the Goods, whether or not the loss or damage arose from the purchaser or a third party end user. The purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any action or threatened action brought against the Company, its employees, directors, officers, or any agents or affiliates of the Company arising from the use of the Goods. The purchaser also waives any rights it may have undersections 18(e) and 69 of the Sale of Goods Act, RSBC 1996, c 410. The purchaser understands the necessity of conducting an inspection of the Goods prior to the Goods’ first use to check for any defect of the Goods and to ensure the Goods are fit for the Purchaser’s intended use. The purchaser is to make the final determination of the airworthiness and suitability of all Goods. All sales are final, unless the Goods delivered were not the item described or if the Goods could not be certified, in which case, full refunds will be provided but only if the Goods are returned within 30 days. There are no refunds for Goods returned after 30 days.
